INIM and its focus on the concept of a platform
In 2025, we are moving beyond the concept of integration. Inim has entered a new era as a manufacturer of a comprehensive platform for intrusion detection, home automation, and fire detection. There is no longer a limitation to combining different technologies or separate systems, as is often the case with traditional integrated security systems. In the past, the term “integration” referred to combining different solutions, which nevertheless remained, in essence, separate entities, each with its own specific characteristics and limitations. Today, however, with Inim’s platform philosophy, we are talking about a single, comprehensive, and natively integrated system that allows you to manage all necessary services—from security to home automation, from video surveillance to emergency management—within a single environment. We are no longer talking about simple connections between distinct systems, but about an ecosystem that guarantees total interoperability, scalability, and modularity, where every component is designed to work synergistically without friction. This approach not only simplifies management for the end user but also creates new opportunities for innovation. This is the future, and the Inim platform concept addresses these challenges with a vision that goes far beyond traditional integration.
What's New from INIM at the Sicurezza 2025 Trade Show
In the sector Security & Comfort, Inim will present advanced solutions for intrusion protection, video surveillance (CCTV) with a new series of cameras that expand our product range, perimeter protection, and CoreSync, which transforms every AI event detected by the InVista video surveillance system into an alarm zone in our control panels; an integration at the control panel’s “core” level. The new versions of our security apps Inim Home and InimTech Security, which will allow installers and end users to have full All-in-One control. The new fog system will be in action, offering rapid and effective protection during robberies by creating a physical barrier to block access to intruders. Additionally, in a preview—with a market launch scheduled for 2026—we will present a new generation of keypads and control interfaces, designed to ensure even more intuitive interaction and simplified management of all security and comfort systems. In the near future, Inim will also launch the Intercom system, for secure access management and real-time communication.
In the Fire & Safety sector, Inim will showcase a comprehensive ecosystem of technologies designed to ensure maximum protection and intelligent management of environments at SICUREZZA 2025. The spotlight will be on fire detection systems, automatic suppression systems, gas detection systems, PA (public address) and EVAC (evacuation) systems, along with wireless solutions such as FireVibes and the complete range ofemergency lighting products, all of which integrate seamlessly with Inim’s two security solutions. These are complemented by two strategic tools dedicated to professionals: Fire Design, the software that enables the precise and compliant design of systems based on our FA100 aspirating smoke detection system, and InCadPro, the new advanced CAD tool for the integrated configuration and design of fire protection systems, designed to simplify the work of designers and system integrators. Also on display, to showcase its potential, is Hevoluto: the PSIM (Physical Security Information Management) software that allows for the centralization and management of fire protection and security systems across one or more sites in a single solution. Hevoluto has the ability to collect, process, and correlate information from devices and systems, offering a single interface for monitoring and control in both Fire & Safety and Security & Comfort applications.

In the world of Fire & Safety, a concrete example of how system integration has improved operational efficiency and centralized management is the project for the Cernavodă nuclear power plant in Romania. Inim has implemented an advanced fire detection system featuring Previdia control panels, integrated with modules for distributed monitoring and real-time supervision, ensuring rapid and precise responses in the event of an emergency. The system includes self-diagnostic capabilities, redundancy, and predictive diagnostics via the cloud, ensuring operational continuity without false alarms. Integration with evacuation systems (EVAC) and Building Management Systems (BMS) has enabled centralized management that has reduced response times and improved effectiveness in the event of an emergency. From a logistical standpoint, the ability to manage shipments progressively, with deliveries scheduled according to installation batches, has enabled high operational efficiency and reduced waste. This model, which can also be replicated in other highly complex contexts, demonstrates how integrated management of technology and logistics can represent a real competitive advantage. In summary, the integration of Inim systems has optimized operations, ensuring greater safety and reliability in the complex management of the nuclear power plant.
Another concrete example in the sector Security & Comfort is the ongoing project at a major Tuscan company in the precious materials sector. Here, the integration of systems has enabled the creation ofa unified, centralized architecture in which intrusion detection, fire protection,and CCTV technologies work in perfect synergy. The InVista cameras, integrated directly into the intrusion control panel, not only provide immediate video verification of alarms but also become “smart zones” capable of generating pre-alarms during sensitive time periods. The Hevoluto platform enables real-time graphical monitoring of all installed devices—from Prime 500 intrusion control panels to the Previdia fire protection system —providing operators with a comprehensive, intuitive, and centralized view of the entire system. This 360° integrated platform approach has simplified daily security management, reduced response times to critical events, and ensured more efficient and proactive control of the entire infrastructure, significantly raising the site’s operational standards.
