Inim has been collaborating with the Marche Region for years Marche research, development, and technological innovation projects.
The project, submitted as part of the call for proposals titled “Support for Productive Investments Aimed at Revitalizing Economic Growth and Competitiveness – Technological and Digital Transition of Production Processes and Organization,” had four main objectives:
Understanding the needs and challenges associated with the complete digitization of business processes
- Logistics Optimization
- Quality Optimization
- Obtaining Non-Mandatory Certifications
To achieve the above objectives, the company has launched a complex and comprehensive investment program.
- Objective 1: Strategic consulting that guided and supported the company in adopting digital technologies and organizational and management solutions designed to improve processes with a view to innovation, in line with the company’s objectives.
- Objective 2: Purchase of an automated warehouse where components and semi-finished products for the assembly of electronic circuit boards are stored; through an automated picking process based on a list, the operator is provided with all the components that need to be assembled onto the specific circuit board.
- Objective 3: Purchase of a nitrogen-generating machine for the welding department, enabling welding to be performed in an inert atmosphere free of oxygen. This process prevents oxidation and increases the durability and reliability of the products.
- Objective 4: Obtaining Non-Mandatory Product and Process Certifications
