The project

The project aims to transform certain products and services by integrating innovative solutions across three sub-projects: Digital Transition, Sustainable Transition, and Sales Strategy.

Digital Transition Subproject

The Digital Transition Plan will focus on the sub-theme “Smart and Connected Products” with the aim of developing and implementing solutions that enable the intelligent interconnection of INIM products, INIM a focus on the use of advanced technologies such as the Internet of Things (IoT), remote connectivity, and the integration of smart systems. In this context, the specific project, called “InVista,” proposes expanding the functionality of NVRs (Network Video Recorders) through integration with the cloud, Uniview APIs, and INIM applications.

Sustainable Transition Subproject

The sustainable transition plan will be implemented in two parallel phases:

  • Acquisition of an optical board inspection machine to minimize scrap during production
  • Investments related to the conformal coating machine and associated certifications

Sales Strategies Subproject

The marketing plan will target installers and professional customers (B2B), with a focus on Italian and international customers and digital marketing. The activities will aim to increase brand recognition and showcase product quality by introducing “new marketing touchpoints” not yet included in the company’s strategy.
