Inim is expanding its range of perimeter security solutions with the QDT900, the new outdoor curtain detector that raises the bar for early detection.
Designed to detect intruders before they can actually gain access to the building, the QDT900 is the ideal choice for installers seeking reliability, configurability, and seamless integration into the Inim ecosystem.
Unlike other products on the market, the QDT900 combines passive infrared technology with microwave technology for more stable and precise detection, even in challenging environmental conditions. Its bidirectional horizontal beam structure allows each side of the device to be controlled independently, adapting protection to the specific characteristics of the environment and intelligently managing critical zones or areas to be excluded. With a range of 10 meters per side—for a total of 20 meters—the QDT900 monitors every movement without compromise. It features advanced functions such as automatic thermal compensation and anti-masking, anti-tampering, and anti-blinding protection; in the Air2 version, it transmits alerts via radio when batteries are low, ensuring long-term continuity and reliability.

To accommodate every type of system, the QDT900 is available in three versions:
- QDT900H – wired, compatible with any control panel, even non-Inim models
- QDT900W – designed for a universal radio module (not included)
- Air2-QDT900W – radio-based, already integrated into Inim's Air2 system
