The security system upgrade in Michele's creative space
When it comes to security, people often imagine a static system: you install it, activate it, and the job is done. The reality is very different. Especially in dynamic environments, where spaces change, grow, and evolve over time, security must do the same. It must be flexible, scalable, and, above all, adaptive. This is exactly what emerges from the project created for Michele Molteni, a digital creator, international YouTuber, and entrepreneur who has transformed his warehouse into something that goes far beyond a simple workplace. It is a hybrid environment where a workshop, creative studio, and production space coexist. A constantly evolving ecosystem where every structural change brings with it new control and protection requirements.
Here, security can’t just be a given. It has to adapt. A system that grows alongside the project
During a phase of space reorganization, as new walls and new functions took shape, a clear need emerged: to implement a security system capable of evolving over time. The choice fell on an Inim alarm system, based on a clear rationale. Not a pay-as-you-go service, but an owned system—free of subscription fees, updatable, and scalable according to actual needs—recommended by a professional installer. This approach is also reflected in the network of Inim installers—professionals who choose these solutions every day with complete autonomy because they recognize their robustness, reliability, design consistency, and very high levels of certification. These features ensure full compliance with legal regulations and qualify these products as true security systems that meet the requirements of insurance policies commonly issued today.
The heart of the system: total control, all from a single app
At the heart of the system is a Prime burglar alarm control panel, fully managed via the Inim Home app. Over time, the app’s role has changed radically. What was initially used to arm and disarm the alarm has become a true control center. Today, from a single interface, it is possible to monitor security, video surveillance, and system status, receiving real-time notifications and accessing event videos wherever you are—for free. Thanks to Inim , it’s possible!
It’s no longer just management. It’s operational control. From data collection to insight
One of the most significant changes was the shift from a system based on traditional sensors to one based on intelligent video analysis. Some outdated third-party devices have been replaced with Inim cameras Inim InVista Series) equipped with deep learning. This has radically transformed the way security is managed: the video surveillance system connected to the alarm control panel no longer merely detects an event, but interprets it.When something happens, it’s not just a signal that arrives. What arrives is clear, contextualized information—useful for making an immediate decision.
A custom-designed project, with no compromises
The system was designed following a detailed site survey and tailored to the specific needs of the space. Today, the system includes 14 InVista cameras and a network of QTech dual-technology sensors dual-technology sensors distributed at key points ( Inim QTech dual-technology sensors Inim passive infrared and microwave to ensure more reliable detection, triggering the alarm only when both technologies confirm movement. This approach drastically reduces false alarms caused by environmental factors such as temperature fluctuations, drafts, or insects. Thanks to advanced algorithms and thermal compensation, they offer stable performance even in complex environments). Outdoor areas are covered by 180-degree panoramic cameras, designed to ensure a complete view of the perimeter, while indoor areas are monitored with solutions tailored to each specific environment.
Among these, the thermal cameras, which are also used in specialized settings. Thanks to dual-spectrum technology, they combine visual and thermal imaging, allowing for the detection of temperature variations and the identification of events even in complex environmental conditions. This means greater accuracy and a drastic reduction in false alarms. Alongside these, the Night View cameras enable color imaging even in low-light conditions. It’s not just about seeing in the dark, but about maintaining a level of detail that makes the images truly interpretable.
The central nervous system beyond the control panel? NVR and Inim
The entire system is supported by an NVR (16- to 32-channel Network Video Recorder) with advanced features for video surveillance and playback in residential, commercial, and industrial settings, which manages recording and playback continuously and reliably. Everything is integrated with Inim proprietary cloud, based in Europe and compliant with GDPR regulations. Access to data remains exclusively in the user’s hands, with no compromise on privacy. Activation is immediate via InimTech Security (the Inim installer management app Inim , Inim once configured, the entire system can be controlled directly from Inim (the app dedicated to the end user).
When security becomes a strategic priority
One of the most interesting aspects of the project is the creation of a dedicated security room. This is a dedicated space from which Michele can monitor the entire system and manage every incident in real time.During a simulated intrusion test, the system clearly demonstrated its value. Unauthorized access was detected thanks to virtual crossing lines and intelligent perimeter protectionlogic. The moment the fence was breached, a notification was immediately sent to the app, accompanied by video footage of the event. Artificial intelligence did the rest, automatically distinguishing human presence from other possible disturbances. At that point, management becomes a choice: intervene, activate the alarm, or connect the system to an operations center. But everything is possible and customizable with Inim security systems Inim are true platforms. The most interesting thing is that this type of approach isn’t reserved for large facilities. The same logic can be applied to apartments, stores, or commercial spaces. Security is built around the space and real needs, not the other way around. The result? A system that evolves. Today, Michele has a fully integrated alarm system at his disposal, capable of adapting over time, expanding, and responding intelligently to events. It’s not just a security system. Security, when well-designed, is never static. It grows, adapts, and becomes an active part of the system.
