If you are an installer, the InimTech Security app allows you to access the Inim Cloud portal and maintain full control over your work. After logging in, you can immediately check whether any faults or alarms are present in your customers’ systems. You will also receive push notifications for any faults, even when the app is closed. Alarms can then be archived, or you can initiate a call directly from the app to contact the customer and schedule a visit.
Geolocate your maintenance operations
With the InimTech Security app, you can link each customer to a specific control panel, enter their details and geolocate the system to quickly identify installations that require maintenance or service. The app also includes your installer profile, giving you fast access to personalized content based on your account: scheduled Inim events, the courses you’re enrolled in, and any upcoming exams. Everything in one place, helping you work more efficiently and stay constantly updated. InimTech Security also provides you with a true digital installer identity. In addition to your photo, you’ll have a unique code that identifies you within the Inim services ecosystem, making recognition easier and giving you seamless access to everything dedicated to you.
